Loved the product, disappointed by the company February 11, 2013

As my subject says, I was very happy with the product I ordered but extremely disappointed with the customer service.  I left several messages because I had questions about delivery time but never heard back.  As a result my order came late and I did not have it in time to give my Dad on his 70th birthday.
