I received the BBQ tool set in a box that the side of the box had been open. There was someone else's name & address underneath my name & address on the front label. Also right after placing my order online, there wasn't a place to put the monogram that I wanted to include. I called the 1-800 number. No one answered & I received a voicemail to leave a message. I left a message & never received a return call. Disappointed in customer service & shipping of the BBQ tool set.

Great Quality for the grilling tools.  So far work and great and seems we will have these for a long time. Again, the level of professionalism porttrayed by your company is fantastic.  Ordered on the 18th of Dec and received by Christmas.
