I was really disappointed with the customer service I received.  I left messages on the main line as well as sent several e-mails and it took days before receiving a response.

As for the product, not all the letters were the same size, which I can understand for something that's handmade, but in some cases the letters were very obviously differently sized.

Though my customer service issues were eventually resolved to my satisfaction, I'm not sure I would purchase again.
