Return Policies:

Please check your order immediately after receiving it. You have 7 business days after receiving your order to notify us of an issue with your order. We cannot accept returns after 30 calendar days so please check your order carefully and notify us immediately if there is an issue.

Personalized Items:

We are unable to issue refunds on used or custom (ie. monogrammed, custom logo) products. The only exception to this would be if we made an error on the personalization of the item.

After A Returned Item Is Received:

1.) SteakBrands.com will issue a full credit, less shipping costs, within 7 days of receiving the return
2.) SteakBrands.com will charge a 15% re-stocking fee
3.) SteakBrands.com will ship replacement item/s within 3 business days upon receipt of the return
