We are unable to issue refunds on used or custom (ie. monogrammed, custom logo) products.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Shipping cost will only be refunded if SteakBrands.com made a mistake in shipping the product. If the product is being returned for replacement, additional shipping charges will apply. SteakBrands.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged returns during transit.
