Return Policies:
Please
check your order immediately after
receiving it. You have 30
calendar days after receiving your order
to notify us of an issue with your
order. We cannot accept returns after 30
days so please check your order
carefully and notify us immediately if
there is an issue.
We are unable to
issue refunds on used or custom (ie.
monogrammed, custom logo) products.
Buyer
is responsible for all shipping costs.
Shipping cost will only be refunded if
SteakBrands.com
made a mistake in shipping the product.
If the product is being returned for
replacement, additional shipping charges
will apply.
SteakBrands.com
is not responsible for lost, stolen, or
damaged returns during transit.

After a
return is received: -
SteakBrands.com will issue a full credit,
less shipping costs, within
7 days of
receiving the return.
- SteakBrands.com retains the right to
charge a 10% re-stocking fee.
- SteakBrands.com
will ship
replacement item/s within 3 business
days upon receipt of the return.
- SteakBrands.com suggests that if you
have not received credit, please contact
us or check with your credit card
company.
